Curriculum and Schedule 2019
The Scalerator NEO curriculum focuses entrepreneurs on the 3 Cs of growth – Customers, Capacity and Cash - over the course of six one-and-a-half day workshops and one two-day session. These sessions provide entrepreneurs (Presidents/CEOs) with practical sales and marketing, financial and organizational business skills, and they are expected to bring their leaders to work on specific aspects of the business (i.e. HR, Sales, Finance). Starting on day 1 of the Scalerator you’ll develop a comprehensive, accelerated growth plan, ScalePlan™, that grows and continually incorporates all of your insights, activities and achievements throughout the Scalerator. Plus, small groups of participants work together on structured exercises in between sessions that maximize the impact of each upcoming workshop.
The Sales and Marketing workshops demonstrate the strategic importance of sales and how to develop the right sales culture to support growing businesses. Participants learn to develop and strengthen a growth-oriented sales team and how to build and manage sales pipelines.
The Finance workshops help participants use new methods to improve cash flow and use of financial resources, create new internal resources, and better understand and take advantage of a variety of external financing options.
The Organizational Development workshops help participants build a strong operations foundation that supports more rapid growth, including strengthening the management team, resolving common organizational challenges and building strong advisory boards and/or boards of directors.
