Scalerator NEO recently celebrated the graduation of its 10th cohort, marking another milestone for the program and for nine Northeast Ohio companies focused on accelerating sustainable growth.
Over the course of the program, participating CEOs and members of their leadership teams engaged in intensive learning, strategic work and peer collaboration designed to help second-stage companies overcome barriers to growth and pursue new opportunities. Through workshops, assignments and guidance from experienced faculty, participants explored critical areas including sales, finance, talent and leadership.
The companies completing Cohort 10 are:
- 5-Acre Mill
- Efficient Machine Products® Corp.
- Fish Furniture
- Forquer Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.
- Grand Rock Exhaust Company
- MediaNet AV
- Porch Conversions
- Rust Belt Riders
- VisComm
Scalerator NEO is designed to help established companies develop repeatable strategies for growth while strengthening the leadership teams responsible for carrying those strategies forward. Participants leave the program with practical tools, stronger peer connections and greater clarity about how to navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with scaling a business.
Burton D. Morgan Foundation offers Scalerator NEO free of charge to qualifying companies with support from the Fasenmyer Fund, and partners with MAGNET to administer it.
Founded by entrepreneurship expert Daniel Isenberg, the program is built around the 3 Cs of growth—Customers, Capacity and Cash—and provides participating companies with an intensive, practical approach to achieving sustainable growth.
We celebrate the leaders of Cohort 10 for their commitment to investing in their companies, their teams and their continued growth, and we look forward to seeing where they go next.
